Are you going to SAP SAPPHIRE in sunny Orlando, Florida next week? Eric Vallo and Greg Myers will be in town representing EV Technologies and the SAP Mentors. In addition, Eric is presenting with our friends at Children’s Medical Center of Dallas.
Preparing for ICD-10: A Case Study for How Children’s Medical of Dallas Effectively Transitioned their BI Environment to ICD-10.
Session 3507 | Wednesday, May 15, 2013 | S322: S. Concourse, L3 | 1:45 PM – 2:45 PM
The team at EV Technologies recently teamed up with Children’s Medical Center of Dallas to help them assess how many reports from their BI system would require modification for adherence to the ICD-10 standard from the World Health Organization. The combined team used EV Technologies Sherlock Inspector Suite to determine all user and public reports that contained a reference to a data set that provided data from the ICD-9 standard. With this list, and further details about the structure of the reports, Children’s Medical Center was then able to modify those reports to use the ICD-10 data. Join John Cheyney from Children’s Medical Center of Dallas and Eric Vallo from EV Technologies to learn how Sherlock helped them make this process easier to manage.
